juxtaposition

haiku for today:

sunshine, daffodils

bombing in Kandahar, no

class today there

Individual realities, when juxtaposed, are ‘worlds apart’ both literally and figuratively.

Joy and sorrow,

Despair and hope,

richness beyond measure and unimaginable poverty,

weeping and laughter.

And for most of us, tomorrow is another day.

As I’m writing this post, I’m viewing Microcosmos,

an incredible must see and if you are an educator of children, a must show.
